Terms of Service
These terms govern use of EXEYO at exeyo.com. By creating an account, or agreeing on a student’s behalf, you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
Accounts
- Students must be 13 or older and in grades 9–12.
- A student’s account is managed by a parent or legal guardian, who approves it, agrees to these terms and our Privacy Policy on the student’s behalf, and is responsible for the plan.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans, trial and billing
- Plans are per student: $19.99 / month billed monthly, or $14.99 / month billed yearly ($179.88 per student per year). Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes where required.
- New family plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per family. A card is required to start it, and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Adding a student during a period adds a prorated amount to your next bill.
- You can cancel at any time from your family page; access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
Using EXEYO
- EXEYO is for personal learning. Don’t misuse it, try to break it, or use it to harm others.
- EXEYO helps students learn; it does not do their work for them. Students are responsible for following their school’s rules on homework and academic honesty.
- Explanations and feedback, especially any produced with AI, can be wrong. EXEYO is educational support, not a substitute for a teacher, and makes no guarantee of grades, test scores or admissions outcomes.
Content
Some lessons are adapted from openly licensed materials, credited where they appear. Everything else in EXEYO is ours or our licensors’. Your student’s own work stays theirs.
Ending an account
You can close an account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Liability
EXEYO is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the version above and ask parents to agree again before the change applies.
